Authentic Wood Burning Pizza Ovens
Brick built ovens are a useful asset for a variety of businesses. Restaurants and cafes alike can benefit from owning a handmade brick wood burning oven. Food cooks differently in wood-burning ovens, which can help add flavor and could even help expand the menu! Our commercial ovens are 100% custom and hand built.
Every brick is cut individually to create a dome of 115mm thickness.
The oven’s floor is comprised of 76mm firebrick and a 100mm thick insulated floor base. The ovens are made of high-quality bricks and are extremely well insulated.
The stainless steel glue pipes, granite landing and thermal plaster finish all help to keep the heat inside the oven. The additional insulation, such as the lightweight concrete around the dome and the ceramic blanket, also work well to keep the heat contained.
