Our ovens are made in Cape Town and supplied throughout South Africa. In Cape Town, delivery and installation are included. Elsewhere, we deliver door to door by courier or to a depot near you.

Courier delivery to your address elsewhere in South Africa. You arrange safe offloading at the delivery address.

Collect your oven from a courier depot in Johannesburg, Durban or Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth).
Outlying areas, farms and difficult-access sites are quoted individually. Send us the address and access details.
How your oven travels
Fully assembled, on a pallet
Most residential ovens are fully assembled in our Cape Town workshop and leave on a pallet, ready to be placed on their base. Because our ovens are heavy masonry, access and offloading need to be planned before delivery.
If access is tight
Kit and on-site assembly
- In Cape Town, we can bring the oven as a kit and assemble it on site.
- Outside Cape Town, a competent builder can assemble a kit, after we have discussed suitability and instructions with you.
- A kit also suits customers or builders who prefer to assemble the oven themselves.
Courier and depot deliveries
What you need to arrange
Door-to-door means delivery to your address. Placing the oven on its base is your responsibility unless we have specifically quoted for it.
Safe offloading
Arrange suitable lifting equipment or professional handling at the delivery address or depot.
A clear route
Measure the narrowest gate, doorway or passage between the offloading point and the base.
Steps and slopes
Note any steps, slopes or soft ground on the way to the oven position.
Carrying by hand
An assembled oven is heavy masonry. If carrying by hand, you need at least 4 people for the Piccola 60, Piccola 70 and Mezzano 70, and at least 6 people for the Mezzano 90.

Commercial ovens
Commercial installations
Commercial ovens are built and installed on site by our team, in Cape Town and throughout South Africa. Installation takes one to two weeks. Outside Cape Town, a travel and accommodation fee applies, from R15,000.

Delivery questions
Is delivery included in Cape Town?
Yes. For residential ovens, delivery and installation in Cape Town are included in the oven price, once we have confirmed your address, access and installation requirements.
How much is delivery outside Cape Town?
Door-to-door courier delivery starts from R2,500, and depot collection starts from R1,000. Outlying areas, farms and difficult-access sites are quoted individually.
Where can I collect from a depot?
We deliver to courier depots in major centres, including Johannesburg, Durban and Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth).
Will the courier place the oven on my base?
Door-to-door delivery means delivery to your address. You need to arrange safe offloading and placement on the base, using suitable lifting equipment or professional handling, unless we have quoted for it.
What if the oven cannot fit through my gate?
Tell us the narrowest width on the route when you request a quote. If an assembled oven cannot get through, we can supply it as a kit. In Cape Town, we can assemble it on site.
Where should we deliver?
Send us your town or suburb and the oven you are interested in, and we will include delivery or installation in your formal quotation.
