Every Eco oven is made by our own team in Cape Town. If something is not right, you will be speaking to the people who built it.
Covered
What the warranty covers
Eco Pizza Ovens provides a two-year warranty on the oven and our workmanship, subject to our written warranty terms.
If you notice a problem, contact us with photos and we will advise you on the next steps.
Not covered
What the warranty does not cover
- Normal cosmetic hairline cracks
- Misuse, or burning unsuitable fuel
- Unauthorised modification of the oven
- Incorrect self-installation
- Impact damage or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Transport damage after the agreed handover point
- Damage from not following the curing and safety instructions
Getting support
How to get help quickly
The quickest way to get help is to send us photos on WhatsApp.
Step 1
Take a few photos
Photograph the oven from the front, the area of concern up close, and the flue.
Step 2
Send them on WhatsApp
WhatsApp the photos to 073 795 0489 with your name, oven model and roughly when it was installed.
Step 3
We advise the next steps
We will look at the photos and advise you, or arrange to inspect the oven if needed.
Please do not attempt structural repairs
If a crack widens, moves or affects how the oven performs, contact us before doing any repair work yourself.
